With only an hour to surf on her lunch break, we made the most of it. The waves were polished and clean, and she was ripping — locking into a couple of her best waves yet. I stayed onshore with my camera, layered in a wetsuit and snow gear, and once her clock ran out, I paddled out for a quick surf of my own.
