April 22 — Sunzal, El Salvador

The day started early under the soft, hazy sunrise over Sunzal Point. Warm air, glassy lines, and the sound of waves wrapping perfectly down the cobblestone reef set the tone. You paddled out for the morning session — long rights peeling endlessly, that smooth El Salvador rhythm. Between sets, you watched the light shift over the palm-covered cliffs, soaking in the easy flow of the tropics.

By afternoon, the surf slowed down and the vibe shifted. You grabbed your camera, met up with friends on the beach, and started filming — cold beers in hand, laughter carrying over the sound of the waves. The sun dropped low, turning everything golden as your friends caught their last waves of the day. It was one of those classic Sunzal afternoons — surfing, filming, and living slow under the fading tropical light.

El día comenzó temprano, bajo el suave amanecer brumoso sobre la punta de Sunzal. El aire cálido, las líneas vidriosas y el sonido de las olas envolviendo el arrecife de piedras marcaron el tono. Entraste al mar en la sesión de la mañana — largas derechas que corrían sin fin, con ese ritmo suave tan típico de El Salvador. Entre serie y serie, mirabas cómo la luz cambiaba sobre los acantilados cubiertos de palmeras, disfrutando la calma tropical.

Por la tarde, las olas bajaron y la energía cambió. Tomaste la cámara, te reuniste con tus amigos en la playa y empezaron a filmar — cervezas frías en mano, risas flotando sobre el sonido del mar.
