April 23 — Sunzal, El Salvador

The sunrise arrived with a soft glow over the point, the ocean breathing with a calmer pulse than the day before. There was still some energy in the swell, and you paddled out early, gliding along those long, endless rights. Warm water, sunlight filtering through scattered clouds, and the gentle rustle of palms created a perfect sense of calm.

After surfing, the day slowed into a golden haze. You hung out with friends on the shore, camera in hand, capturing moments between swims, laughs, and cold beers. The afternoon painted everything in amber tones, the sea reflecting the sky like a golden mirror. There was no rush to leave — just the sound of the ocean, the warm breeze, and the feeling of being exactly where you were meant to be.

El amanecer llegó con un brillo suave sobre el point, el mar respirando con un pulso más tranquilo que el día anterior. Todavía quedaba algo de energía en el swell, y entraste temprano, deslizándote por esas largas derechas que parecían no terminar nunca. El agua tibia, el sol filtrándose entre las nubes, y el sonido de las palmas moviéndose con el viento creaban una calma perfecta.
